BARTENDING COURSE AGREEMENT
This Agreement is made between Brat The Brand Mobile Bar (“Instructor”) and the undersigned student (“Student”).
COURSE INFORMATION
Course Name: Brat The Brand Bartending Course
Duration: 4 Weeks
Class Price: $250 per class or $300 per class with equipment.
PAYMENT POLICY
Full payment or an approved payment plan must be completed before the first class begins. Payment secures the student’s spot in the course.
NO REFUND POLICY
All payments made toward the bartending course are non-refundable. Once payment has been submitted, the student understands and agrees that no refunds will be issued for missed classes, schedule conflicts, or withdrawal from the course.
ATTENDANCE
Students are expected to attend all scheduled classes. If a class is missed, it is the student’s responsibility to review the material independently. Make-up classes are not guaranteed.
EQUIPMENT
Students who select the equipment option will receive bartending tools necessary for training. Equipment provided becomes the property of the student once payment is complete.
CONDUCT
Students are expected to maintain a respectful and professional learning environment. The instructor reserves the right to remove any student displaying disruptive or inappropriate behavior. Removal from the course does not qualify the student for a refund.
LIABILITY
Brat The Brand Mobile Bar and its instructors are not responsible for any injuries or accidents that occur during training activities. Students agree to participate at their own risk.
